WHY PEOPLE STAY
Most caregivers in Bangladesh are placed by agencies that take a cut, delay wages and disappear when a placement goes wrong. We employ our caregivers directly, pay on a fixed date, and put a nurse manager between you and any difficult family.
Training is paid and continuous: three weeks before your first placement, then dementia, palliative and mobility modules through the year. Nurses are supported through BNMC renewal and specialist certification.
Shifts are rostered a month ahead so you can plan your family life, and no one is asked to work back-to-back 24-hour cover.
